i submitted my Streamyx Cool Uni Pack form to Segamat Tmpoint last thursday
and the 2nd day morning
my line was jumpered
means
i able to connect to internet once i get my password and ID
which means i need to wait for another 1-2 days
ok i must admit i WAS quite impressed by their working progress
even in cyberjaya it takes more than 2 day for them to jumper the line
ok....
2 days passed
3 days passed
ok i cant stand it anymore
so i decided to give 100 a call
100 = TM helpdesk number
ok...
100 services is good enough..every1 is polite
but polite doesnt mean i love them
because they noe ntg on how to sovle it
I told them my situation and the operator just told me to wait for the appointment
ok i duno hw i got the link to check when is my appointment...but here is the link
just key in ur id and u able to check when is the so called appointment made by TM!
ok...1st appointment was 2 days after i subscribed the package
but it shows " Missed Appointment"
i was like WTF?
i was there whole day to wait for ur arrival and u now f******* tell me i missed it?
or u the 1 who missed it?
ok i sabar
so that night i check again to see whether there is another new appointment made or nt
oh yes
ok i now looking forward to the next appointment which is 3rd of may
the day i was found dead at Grandhall of MMU
(cause failed my 1st paper ma)
ok....
the technician once again nvr contact me or even my parents
this technician is another guy..
but same attitude?
expect wat come out at the link once i check the appointment status?

ok ytd i reached home and i called them again
they said tml which is today there will be another appointment
ok
but wat time they set u noe?

and the operator tell me that yes the appointment time will be 10pm
then i asked
TM ppl work 24 hours 1 ah?
she smiled wickedly and told me ...the technician standby 1...
i was like....wow..TM has such a great service huh
and ytd

as usual
they nvr appear
and it was excpected
And just now...30 minutes before i started this blog
i called OUR NUMBER 1 Internet Service Provider Helpdesk once again
this time..i thk the operator can even recognise my voice....
and she seemed a bit embarrass when answering my question
ok this time
she nvr talk with me abt the appointment thgy
she just give me 2 damn numbers and asked me to call them
and i said....
one of them... i have been calling for more than 2 days and he nvr pick up his phone
another number belongs to the leader for that so-called 24hours standby technician
ok wat i wan to tell is..
both of them are sohai,retard
because they duno how to answer my call
then wat for they stil using the handphone?
give me much better at least i noe to call i noe to answer and i noe to sms !

now my application = Pending customer and i m totally pissed off
they are just way too not resposible
and now..i plan to go to Tmpoint and just complain
or just go to Tm to get my modem and account detials from those makan gaji buta mia TM technician
i do not need their help in installing streamyx for me
they suck..trust me...
if you dont.next time if there is a chance for them to install streamyx for u
then the day be4,buy a Dlink or Prolink or Aztech router and ask them set up for u
they will definitely answer u..
sorry sir,i dont know how to install...i noe only TM modem!!!

lets c what is going on then
i wanted to c that technician so much and i will defintely request to c his handphone that day
because..
i wanna check whether the phone is rosak or wat...
if yes i might complain to TM and ask them buy a new hp for their workers!!!
